How do I use The Ordinary Glycolic Acid Toner?
Think of it as a skin-refreshing ritual! After cleansing at night, soak a cotton pad with the toner and sweep it across your face, avoiding the eye area. No rinsing needed—just let it work its magic before applying your serums and moisturiser.
Can The Ordinary Glycolic Acid be used on the face?
Absolutely! This toner is designed to gently exfoliate facial skin, helping to smooth texture and boost radiance. Just be mindful if you have sensitive or compromised skin—it’s potent, so patch testing is a good idea.
Can I use The Ordinary Glycolic Acid Toner every day?
You can, but ease into it! Start with a few times a week and see how your skin responds. If everything feels good (no redness or irritation), you can gradually increase to nightly use.
How often should I use The Ordinary Glycolic Acid Toner?
This depends on your skin type. Oily or resilient skin may love it daily, while drier or more sensitive skin might prefer it a few times a week. Listen to your skin—if it starts to feel tight or irritated, scale back.
Can I use The Ordinary Glycolic Acid Toner on my body?
Yes! It’s great for areas like the underarms, elbows, and even the backs of your arms if you experience rough texture. Some even use it on the scalp for a clarifying effect!
What should I apply after The Ordinary Glycolic Acid Toner?
Follow up with hydration! A calming serum and a nourishing moisturiser will help balance the skin after exfoliation. Just avoid other exfoliating ingredients to prevent irritation.
