I have been using this conditioner for years on and off but more on than off the last year. It's great for adding some life & health back into your hair and whilst it's expensive- it's worth every dollar to me! Such a lightweight product that leaves your hair feeling restored but free of residue.

Yes, this product is expensive for what it is and how much you get. But I have been impressed enough to have already re-bought it and have stopped trying other hair conditioners (I don't normally re-buy a conditioner back-to-back). It's very good at making my hair hydrated and soft. I feel it works as well as a regular hair mask, so I am intrigued at trying the hair mask version of this.

I adore Shu Uemera products, but this has got to be my can't-live-without top pick!. This conditioner is really more like a mask - it is deeply conditioning and leaves my hair silky soft and smooth. I have really fine hair but it doesn't weigh it down or make it heavy, plus it smells heavenly!

After the first wash my dry and damaged hair felt amazingly soft and silky. My hair is very fine and is heat styled every day, but the Ultimate Reset shampoo and conditioner didn't weigh it down and could be used every day if your hair needs the repair. It's not cheap but worth the money as it's such a great product.

This range by Shu honestly is so so great. My hair is lightened through the length and while it is pretty healthy overall I style it regularly and sometimes this leaves it feeling dry. This conditioner works well with shampoo from the same line; however, as I only use it once a week together with the mask, I'd say this particular product is not very necessary as mask does a great job, so it's a bit wasteful. However, I still see a need for this if shampoo was used more often without the mask.

I have very and damaged hair due to a lot of heat styling and I have used and tested a number of conditioners and this is the one up next to kerastase which has not dried my hair out. I love how it feels and it doesn't weigh it down or add any heaviness to it or residue. Highly reccommend this conditioner along with the ultimate rest shampoo to achieve the best results.

This stuff is amazing. Also you need very little, which makes the high price tag worth it. I use less than half the amount I would need with a less pricey conditioner. It really lasts. And like the other reviews, it works very very very well. I am curious to the other reviewers- does it work better with the shampoo in this range?
