How do you use the SALT BY HENDRIX Dry Body Brush?

Prior to bathing or showering, begin by using the brush on dry skin. Starting at your feet, gently brush in an upwards motion using very gentle, circular motions. Workaround the entire body, avoiding the face and any delicate areas. Once complete, rinse your body in a shower or bath and then apply your favorite body oils or lotions. Use 1-3 times weekly depending on your skin type and sensitivities.
