File or clip your natural nails as needed, and lightly buff the surface of the nail.Remove dust and debris from natural nails with the included prep pad, then gently push back cuticles with the included stick.Remove the glue cap and gently squeeze the bottle. For longer wear, apply glue both to the back of the press-on nail and your natural nail. For short term wear, only apply glue to the press-on nail.

The glue from these absolutely destroyed my real nails and caused them to peel so they are now so short I have no white nail tips.
