How do I use NIOD Lip Bio-lipid Concentrate?

Shake well before use, and apply the serum with your fingertips to both upper and lower lips. For the first month, apply twice a day - in the morning and evening - then reduce to once daily. Wash hands after application. 

Be aware - this serum contains an immediate-acting technology to increase visible lip redness, so to avoid redness of the surrounding skin, apply on a very small amount directly to the lips, avoiding the skin around it, and especially avoiding sensitive areas, such as the eye area.
