Apply Matte Velvet Skin from the centre of the face, blending outwards. Either start with a small amount, or dot foundation on the nose, forehead and chin.
Use fingers, a brush or a sponge to blend.
For even more coverage, apply Ultra HD Concealer.
Finish with Ultra HD Loose Powder to set.
