How do i know which shade to get?

A.Hi Aiya, In the Loving Tan Deluxe Bronzing Mousse, we have the shades: Medium, Dark and Ultra Dark. Medium is recommended for light-to-medium skin tones. Dark is recommended for medium-to-dark skin tones. Ultra Dark is recommended for those with dark or very dark skin tones. However it really comes down to personal preference and how tanned you would like to be! For example, I'm quite pale but I use the shade Ultra Dark when I want a really deep tan. I hope this has helped!
