Easy to apply, this serum dries to a water-resistant formula that will leave your eyebrows looking fuller but feeling soft and natural. The formula can easily be layered on brows for a fuller, more tinted look without ever going stiff or flaking.
Botanical extracts including Star Anise, Argan, Olive and Castor Oils, as well as Rosemary Extract nourish the hair strands to encourage growth. Brows are conditioned, thickened, and visibly improved thanks to the inclusion of bio-available essential B-complex vitamins and minerals including calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, manganese, zinc and magnesium.
