A.Hi Jen, The Ella Baché Intensive Balancing Lotion is more like a spot treatment toner that is applied prior to moisturiser. Apply to affected area after cleansing. Use a damp cotton pad, press down on the dispensing area until moistened by the lotion. Gently pat onto problem areas after cleansing. Apply morning and evening.
