After washing hair, place the hair towel over your head, with the elastic tab at the nape of your neck. Gently twist, rolling up your hair inside the towel. Hold the tip of the rolled towel and secure through the elastic tab. Do not over-tighten, if you're feeling any pulling at your scalp - you are twisting too hard!
