If you’ve heard of First Aid Beauty, it’s probably because you’re either on #SkinTok or are in the know when it comes to buzzy brands online. Go you!
Before working at Adore I’d never held First Aid Beauty products in my hands, but I’d definitely seen it online.
From Derm Doctor to Tinx, the brand has some serious beauty expert supporters.
The hashtag #FirstAidBeauty even has over 260 million views on TikTok, so it would’ve been hard to miss it.
Launched in 2009, the brand is focused on making products suitable for sensitive skin.
Think simple but effective.
All of their products are made and manufactured in the US, and the brand is 100% cruelty-free and a PETA-certified Beauty Without Bunnies partner. We love!
Some of the most iconic products from the brand are the FIRST AID BEAUTY Ultra Repair Cream 170g and FIRST AID BEAUTY KP Bump Eraser with 10% AHA 226g
So come along for the journey as my colleague Chloe, our Brand Partnerships Content Coordinator, and I give these and some other cult First Aid Beauty products a try!

Key Ingredients:

  • Lemon Peel: Assists in brightening the skin.
  • Cucumber and Indian Gooseberry: Helps to soothe and leaves the skin feeling cool and refreshed.
  • Licorice Root and feverfew: Packed with antioxidants, this duo helps to protect the skin from environmental aggressors.
Chloe's review:
Nothing beats simple exfoliation. A pre-soaked cotton pad? That type of convenience has my name written all over it.
The FIRST AID BEAUTY Facial Radiance Pads includes 60 pads, gentle enough for daily use even for those with sensitive skin.
I love that I can pop this into my bag when I’m road-trippin’ without worrying that it is going to leak everywhere.
It’s quite gentle on the skin and leaves me looking clear and as glowy as ever.
A huge win? My makeup looks absolutely phenomenal the next day.

  • Quinoa Protein: Packed with protein to strengthen the skin’s barrier.
  • Micro-Pearls: Leaves the skin looking incredibly refreshed and illuminated.
Chloe's review:
I don’t know about you, but when I think of coconut water, I think of a nourishing drink full of electrolytes.
So the fact that this gem of an ingredient is in this primer/moisturiser is divine.
You can never go wrong with a primer/moisturiser, I have never met one that I didn’t like.
Priming your makeup prepares your skin, creating a flawless canvas for long-lasting makeup.
The FIRST AID BEAUTY Coconut Skin Smoothing Primer Moisturiser is thick and rich but melts into the skin.
The dew it leaves behind is glorious and makes it look like you’re on top of your hydration.
The coconut scent isn’t strong but it is there when you first apply, which I really enjoy.
Highly recommend it if you're looking for something nourishing and foolproof under your makeup.

4. FIRST AID BEAUTY Hello First Aid Beauty Coconut Water Cream.

Key ingredients:
  • Sodium Hyaluronate: A powerful humectant that works to boost skin’s moisture content and smooth the look of fine lines and wrinkles.
  • Alteromonas Ferment Filtrate: This botanical extract aids with protecting skin against external aggressors by soothing, regenerating and retaining moisture in the skin.
  • FAB Antioxidant Booster: Containing a blend of botanical antioxidants that include licorice root, feverfew and white tea - this booster aims to stave off and protect against environmental aggressors.
My review:
As a predominantly oily-skinned gal, I was incredibly eager to give this product a try.
This water cream is described as an oil-free moisturiser that nourishes oily and sensitive skin types - because everyone deserves some TLC regardless of their skin type.
It definitely has a gorgeous, coconutty scent (that’s due to one of the main ingredients being coconut water), and has a very light feel on the skin.
I popped it on my skin after cleansing in the evening and can confirm, it’s as delicious on the skin as it smells.

5. FIRST AID BEAUTY Ingrown Hair Treatment Pads.

This is another massively hyped product I came across on TikTok. And it’s timely too - hello Summer!
These pre-soaked swipeys contain two types of acid to help prevent razor burn and ingrown hairs - something that you don’t realise is a problem until too late, at least in my personal experience.
Now these swipeys contain Glycolic Acid, Salicylic Acid, Witch Hazel and Aloe to exfoliate, soothe and smooth the skin. A winning trio if I’ve ever seen one.
The trick to making these swipeys work their magic is to swipe pad over clean, dry skin the day after shaving or waxing - so no going 0 to 100 with these.
They can also be used anywhere you remove hair, so on your underarms, bikini area, legs, even your face or neck.

6. FIRST AID BEAUTY Ultra Repair Cream.

Key ingredients:
  • Colloidal Oatmeal: I know, can you believe it? This soothing ingredient aids with calming and relieving dry or distressed skin.
  • Shea Butter: This well-known emollient is rich in a range of vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids that help moisturise and protect the skin barrier. (BTW: an emollient is an ingredient in a moisturiser that acts to soften the skin.)
  • Allantoin: Allantoin is derived from a plant extract and can aid with calming, soothing and protecting skin. This is due to its skin-healing properties. Fun fact, this ingredient can be found in chamomile!
My review:
This is perhaps one of the most well-known products from First Aid Beauty, and now that I’ve gotten my hands on it, I know why.
This luxe cream is a nourishing and hydrating moisturiser that aids in calming sensitive skin.
Think super light consistency, with the formula disappearing into the skin with little to no residue.
Seriously, it’s like magic.
I slathered this stuff on some stubborn dry patches around my chin and my skin, for lack of a better expression, totally ate it up.
While there is a slight scent, it doesn’t give bar of soap, which is an added bonus for anyone sensitive to artificial fragrance.
