I Have Loved Elizabeth Arden for Years. Here’s Their Latest Innovation Worth Raving About!

Elizabeth Arden… it’s a name you’ll know.
You might instantly think of their 8 Hour range, or the famous Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream, or maybe you’ve seen those small gold Ceramide capsules on your mum’s vanity.
It’s a brand that has been around for decades and in my career of beauty opinion, Elizabeth Arden is one of the biggest innovators in the industry.
I have raved about Elizabeth Arden since arriving at Adore Beauty over three years ago.
I am a huge fan of their Retinol Ceramide Capsules, specifically for the texture and ease of use - those little capsules are portable, dissolvable and dispense a potent product.
Aside from these icons, the brand also has a luxury collection called PREVAGE - a well-ageing range of products with those familiar cosmeceutical ingredients.
I have dallied with the PREVAGE collection trialling the SPF and Elizabeth Arden Prevage Progressive Renewal Treatment both scoring high in texture, smell and performance.
Elizabeth Arden has serious street cred in the beauty world.
Since 1910, when Miss Arden (literally - Elizabeth Arden was a real person!) opened her first Red Door Salon, the brand has continued to pump out innovation that has shaped beauty as we know it.
From the famous Red Door perfume and on to PREVAGE which was created in 2005.
With all this in mind, I leapt at the chance to try their two new products for ageing as part of their iconic PREVAGE collection.

Elizabeth Arden PREVAGE 3-in-1 Reset Serum.
What is the Elizabeth Arden PREVAGE 3-in-1 Reset Serum?
This serum is a mutli-benefit AM and PM serum that aims to deliver a range of anti-ageing or well-ageing benefits. The concept of the “3-In-1” lies in:
1. Repairing expression lines.
2. Redensifying skin through the support of collagen production.
3. Resurfacing to give smoothness and improve skin texture.
Within the serum are three key ingredients that address those tell-tale ageing signs making it a good anti wrinkle serum to consider:
- Argireline™ Peptide: tackles the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
- Carnosine: slows the aging process and protects the skin from free radicals, supporting healthy collagen.
- Idebenone: is an antioxidant that prevents collagen damage.
My Elizabeth Arden PREVAGE 3-in-1 Reset Serum review and first impressions:
Straight off the back - if you love packaging and easy to use products, this could be for you.
Firstly, a serum for ageing skin that can be used both AM and PM is certainly welcomed from me.
Not only is it saving me a little cash, it’s also simplifying my routine.
After years of multi-steps, I am certainly leaning into the skinimising trend just to make life a little less complicated.
Talking about the actual product, Elizabeth Arden's new top anti wrinkle serum itself is lightweight, smells good and absorbs quickly.
No stinging post-cleansing and no messing around with pipettes and hoping for the right dosage.
Unexpectedly, the serum was like a serum cream - thicker than a translucent serum but certainly not a creme gel.
This is a big bonus in my books!
After using it along with the soft cream, I certainly saw a smoother appearance and felt a little more "snatched" than usual.
Final Thoughts:
While I was only road-testing it for a week, the product has some pretty impressive claims.
*In just 7 days, 97% saw visibly tighter skin, 100% saw overall improvement in skin’s appearance. Over time, 100% who tested 3-in-1 Reset said they would delay a cosmetic procedure.
While these may seem broadstroke, in a time of rising costs of living but our skin not slowing down in ageing, delaying procedures is certainly a worthwhile conversation in my books.

Elizabeth Arden PREVAGE Multi-Restorative Soft Cream.
What is the Elizabeth Arden PREVAGE Multi-Restorative Soft Cream?
The Elizabeth Arden Soft Cream is a rather luxurious moisturiser that delivers visibly fuller, firmer and lifted looking skin via a trio of key ingredients similar to the Reset Serum:
- Carnosine: supports healthy collagen and reduces visible ageing signs.
- Rice Peptidesa: supports collagen production.
- Idebenonea: is an antioxidant that fights against collagen damage.
In short, it’s a lightweight moisturiser that continues the anti-ageing and age management journey and should be layered on top of the Reset Serum.
My Elizabeth Arden PREVAGE Multi-Restorative Soft Cream review and first impressions:
This is a very lightweight moisturiser. So if you have super oily skin or just prefer a lighter feel from your cosmeceutical moisturisers, your skin will love this.
I was expecting something rich and heavy but it certainly is what it says on the box - a soft creme.
This makes for quick absorption and for moisturiser that sits on top of the 2-IN-1 Reset Serum without the awful feeling of the two merging together or the serum slipping underneath the moisturiser.
Post-application, my skin certainly felt hydrated and quite plump.
The pleasant smell continued the PREVAGE experiential journey.
As with the serum, there are some big claims from the brand including in just 1 month, 97% say skin feels firmer, 95% say skin looks fuller, 92% say skin feels lifted and 89% see reduction in lines & wrinkles.
