In this article, I’ll be taking you through the hottest new popular Korean skincare we’ve got in, from the Mixsoon Bean Essence to the Biodance Bio-Collagen mask that flight attendants are probably so sick of seeing, sprinkled in with some of my favourites of course.

Anua Pore Control Cleansing Oil.

My Anua Pore Control Cleansing Oil review:
This Korean cleansing oil actually transforms into a milky liquid when emulsified.
With its light texture, it effortlessly breaks down even waterproof makeup, making removal a total breeze—it's the perfect first cleanse, and I’ll definitely be repurchasing it again and again!
Anua Heartleaf Pore Deep Cleansing Foam.

- Effectively removes excess sebum, impurities, and dead skin cells, promoting smoother, clearer skin.
- Designed for oily and combination skin types, with a rich lather that deeply cleanses and works as a perfect second cleanser to the Anua Pore Control Cleansing Oil.

My Anua Heartleaf Pore Deep Cleansing Foam review:
Going hand in hand perfectly with ANUA Cleansing Oil, Anua Heartleaf Quercetinol Pore Deep Cleansing Foam was made for my combination to oily skin.
It cleanses deeply, leaving my skin feeling fresh, and the subtle fragrance adds a spa-like touch to every use.
Initially, I was concerned about the exfoliation, as I'm not a fan of physical exfoliants on my face, but while I could feel it, it was surprisingly gentle and not rough at all.
All I was missing was the ‘Ambient Chill’ playlist on Spotify to turn it into a true spa experience.
Mixsoon Bean Essence.
What: Mixsoon Bean Essence
- When it comes to the best Korean face care products, this brand has a minimal approach to it’s beauty products, you can see this in the brand name itself combination of "mix" and "soon(純)", which means pure ingredient.
- MIXSOON Bean Essence is a hydrating facial serum made with only four ingredients, designed to support the skin barrier, boost elasticity, and improve skin texture. Its lightweight, fast-absorbing formula leaves a dewy, silky finish and is rich in antioxidants to help prevent premature ageing.
- You could use it like a normal essence/serum if your main concern is hydration but did you know it also works as a light exfoliator? Thanks to fermented pomegranate which is a natural AHA.
My Mixsoon Bean Essence review:
I recommend the Mixsoon Bean Essence for anyone looking for a fuss-free, all-in-one serum. It's lightweight and versatile, perfect for both morning and night use.
With its inclusion of alpha-hydroxy acid, it offers gentle exfoliation and nourishment in one step.
I’d definitely take this one travelling, as it does a bit of everything without the need for multiple products.

It’s a bit too rich for my oily to combination skin for daily use, but I can definitely see it working wonders for those with very dry skin or anyone wanting their skin to look extra supple and bouncy.

My Beauty of Joseon Revive Eye Serum: Ginseng + Retinal Review:
The BEAUTY OF JOSEON Revive Eye Serum : Ginseng + Retinal is exactly what I’ve been looking for in an eye treatment - targeted with active ingredients yet gentle on the delicate skin around my eyes.
Its texture is thicker than typical serums, which I actually appreciate because it stays in place and doesn’t end up in my eyes.
Another major plus is how hydrated my eye area feels by morning—soft, hydrated, and happy.
Axis-Y Mugwort Pore Clarifying Wash Off Pack.

My Axis-Y Mugwort Pore Clarifying Wash Off Pack review:
If you must know anything about me, I absolutely LOVE a clay mask in my T-zone.
It feels like the sebum is being sucked right out of my skin.
The AXIS-Y Mugwort Pore Clarifying Wash Off pack gave my skin an instant burst of freshness.
The main reason I stopped using clay masks before was because they’d always clog up my sink, making cleanup a hassle.
This one, however, was unlike the others. It didn’t get crumbly after 15 minutes and when it came time to wash it off, it melted away effortlessly instead of flaking, meaning no more sink clogging - five stars from me!
Axis-Y Dark Spot Correcting Glow Serum.

My Axis-Y Dark Spot Correcting Glow Serum review:
The AXIS-Y Dark Spot Correcting Glow Serum has been my sister-in-law’s go-to gal for AGES; she’s in her 30s, and when I go out with her, people always think we’re skipping school. I think that says a lot.
The serum itself is both hydrating and light; if dark spots are a concern of yours, I’d highly recommend looking into this.

My Biodance Hydro Cera-Nol Real Deep Mask review:
I’ve been using the BIODANCE Hydro Cera-nol Real Deep Mask 4pk and BIODANCE Bio-Collagen Real Deep Mask 4pk to get my skin in tip-top condition for my wedding, and the results are incredible. Both masks leave my skin glowing, hydrated, and bouncy.
I cannot, for the life of me, keep them on for the full 8 hours, but even after 4 hours, my skin still feels amazing.
These masks are perfect for WFH days or flights. If anti-ageing is a concern, I’d recommend the Bio-Collagen, and for deep hydration, the Hydro-Cera-nol is ideal.

My Mediheal Collagen Ampoule Pad review:
I know these are so popular because it’s so hard to keep the MEDIHEAL Collagen Ampoule Pad stocked on the shelves.
I love how versatile they are, whether I’m using them as a toner pad (swipe, swipe vibes) or as a face mask.
They’re super easy to use, and since I’m in my travel era, I love tossing a few in a ziplock bag and jetting off.
