Recently, I’ve been seeing the word ‘creatine’ pop up a lot; perhaps it’s the new buzzword ingredient in beauty and wellness?
Its benefits have been praised for supporting and boosting brain health and performance, balancing blood sugar and even tackling fatigue, and with my currently low energy levels, I’ve been really keen to add it to my daily routine.
It’s for this reason I’ve been eyeing The Beauty Chef’s Electric Protein Water, and now is the perfect time to try it and see if it’s for me while it’s on sale.

A floral, woody fragrance with notes of blackcurrant and jasmine.
I have been a long-time lover and wearer of the OG Giorgio Armani Si scent. However, after co-hosting our first IRL fragrance masterclass in Westfield Southland in Melbourne, I discovered the Si 'Passione Intense EDP' and was instantly obsessed.
Fruity accords in fragrances are having a huge moment and the notes of blackcurrant in this stunning perfume really drew me in. I doused myself in it and later that evening my cousin kept smelling me and said "Oh my god you smell amazing."
I think this is going to be my new "going out" scent. Plus the stunning bottle it comes in? Sold.

My cousin recently shocked me with the news that she occasionally uses a serum here and there but doesn’t have one she uses consistently.
I told her that’s a cardinal beauty sin and we need to get her a serum she loves and addresses her specific skin concerns so she can use one every night under her moisturiser as part of her PM routine.
