A handful of my Adore Beauty staffers and I have been putting a range each to the test on our different hair types, including the newly renovated Be Curly range.

1. AVEDA Be Curly Advanced.

“I found the Aveda Be Curly Shampoo and Conditioner left my hair feeling fresh and my scalp feeling clean!
The smell was quite lovely which made for a more pleasant experience.
My favourite was the curl cream which I found tamed my frizz but also gave me volume, which if you have curly hair, you know is hard to achieve both!”

2. AVEDA Invati Advanced.

My locks have been on the road to recovery following years of scalp bleaches that left them thin and wispy.
As such, I’m always on the lookout for haircare that stimulates new growth while volumising my existing strands.
What I love about this Aveda range is that it works toward this mission with natural, plant-based ingredients that are gentle on our tresses and the planet. It’s also colour-safe, so it’s perfectly fine to use on my current cherry cola hair.
Ginseng and turmeric alongside other Ayurvedic herbs feel soothing and clarifying on the scalp, delivering a deep clean with a subtle tingly effect that sent shivers down my spine.
Its botanical blend of lavender, rosemary, geranium and vanilla is a delightful touch too. I like to linger just a little while longer, just to soak up this soothing scent.
Post-wash, my hair feels soft and weightless, a pleasant surprise as I typically find I need to follow with a leave-in treatment for my strands to feel this salon quality.
Although it's too early to see a significant increase in hair density, my hair does look fuller after blow-drying, which I'll consider an early win.

As someone who's just dyed their bleach blonde hair copper, it was very on-brand for me to give it a try.
The range is gorgeously botanically scented and also has light and rich options for you to choose from depending on your hair type.
My personal fave is the Light Leave-In Treatment.
As someone with fine hair (but a lot of it) this product was the perfect texture and weight for me to use throughout the day as not just a treatment, but also as a detangler that would add some shine."
