I’ve never really been a floral scent person. However, if done right,there are exceptions.
Floral-themed perfumes that don’t smell like your grandmother’s typical powdery perfume (zero disrespect to your grandmother’s traditional floral scents - they definitely have an audience) are hard to come by, but one brand has done it exceptionally well.

However, their fresh take on floral scents makes them appealing enough to capture the attention of all fragrance enthusiasts no matter age or scent preference and that’s what makes them timeless.

Of course I chose the one with the woody sillage.
Inspired by a ‘sun-dappled forest’, my top pick is Cedar Violet - the rogue one of the stable (in the best way possible).
That’s not to say though, that I didn’t love almost every floral scent in the AERIN Beauty perfume wardrobe.
They really are so beautiful, and come summer I’ll definitely be considering one as my signature spring scent, but as we move into the cooler seasons, I would say that while Cedar Violet’s versatility lends itself to all seasons, this would be my pick as the perfect autumn or winter scent.
Its leafy accords blended with notes of jasmine and sandalwood leave behind an almost enchanting green scent that’s also a little sexy (I know, it just works).
In my humble opinion, Cedar Violet would make the perfect cocktail hour scent.

"I wore this to a first date the other day (always nerve racking) and it instilled a sense of confidence, warmth and a little sensuality. AKA exactly how you want to be feeling on a first date. This limited edition newbie is a slightly sweeter interpretation of Aerin's best-selling fragrance, Amber Musk. It's an olfactory interpretation of cherished memories and boasts toasty notes of Vanilla, Amber and Marshmallow.
I don't typically gravitate towards sweeter scents but I found this one was anchored beautifully with delicate notes of Orange Flower and Rose Centifolia. Bonus points for lingering long into the evening."
