I was so excited for this product when I purchased it as I have really fine oily root with very dry end, and looking at the name and a 4.4 review I decided to get it. I tried the first time last night and immediately regarded and hope I can get a refund because it's not what it says it does. The texture applied very dry and straw-like. It doesn't glide on like other conditioners so I applied more and after two times of applying a big amount of products, my hair still feel straw-like and ending up feeling so dry after washing it. My hat was noticeably dry even I dried my hair. Definitely would not recommend it.

I gave this a go as it was in price point but it leaves my hair feeling dry and knotted which is surprising given the "smooth" title. My hair is straight and thick so I'm disappointed that it doesn't work for my hair.
