About me

I've been lucky enough to have had 20 years senior management experience in market leading beauty companies including Clarins (International Trainer) BLC Cosmetics (General manager); Skinstitut (General manager) and now Aesthetics Rx (General manager) with a complete end-to-end cross functional business skill set, Masters level business education and accomplished leadership of management teams of 20+.

Brand acquisition, wholesale distribution and new product development are m key functions, and with my combination of industry expertise and commercial acumen I formulate skincare, direct production and manufacturing, manage logistics, the supply chain and forecasting, distribute, market and educate sales and training teams in any beauty brand.

My passion projects include mentoring and coaching skincare start-ups, plus I'm a qualified Vinyasa yoga teacher and also studied at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (New York). I truly believe that beauty is an inside job! It starts with clean eating, clean living, daily movement, a clear mind and kind heart. Someone who is really beautiful, has all of this going on, oh and plus they're using my skincare Aesthetics Rx!!
