This hair oil contains dimethiconol and cyclopentasiloxane both are silicones that give slip and shine but can trap bacteria and oil if they migrate to your skin. macadamia seed oil great for hair, but very comedogenic or pore-clogging for a lot of people. fragrance can irritate compromised or acne prone skin. ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate is often used in sunscreens, some people find it irritating on sensitive areas. I used this once and my hair was brushing my neck and forehead that evening, and I broke out in massive sore acne everywhere my hair touched. I had recently moved to a colder climate so my skin was drier and more sensitive than usual - instant breakouts. If you have dry or sensitive or acne prone skin, do your research and get a different hair oil. There are plenty out there that won't break you out like this one.
