This starts off with a blast of realistic citruses that stay with you the whole day. Most citrus forward fragrances start off strong but fade fairly quickly, but not this one. That opening burst citrus, particularly the freshly cut lemon and lime scent, just keeps going for hours and hours. It's quite similar to Mont Blanc Explorer, just more citrusy. There's a bit of tart sweetness from the blackcurrant, and the amber, oakmoss and patchouli give it a warm, almost smokey, woody backbone that ties it all together. Great longevity and great projection for the first couple hours before it settles down (or your nose starts ignoring it). Lasts for days on clothes, even though a wash cycle.
